The QA/QC Manager at Rozee is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes within the automotive spare parts sector. The manager will lead a team of 10 professionals, mentoring and supporting them to uphold high-performance standards. Through effective leadership and a keen focus on quality, the QA/QC Manager will ensure that all products meet established quality specifications and fulfill customer expectations while driving initiatives for continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance strategies and control measures for automotive spare parts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits, systematically testing products at various stages of production to ascertain they conform to quality specifications.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team by providing training, resources, and support, ensuring that team members are equipped to maintain high-quality performance levels.
- Identify non-conformities and quality issues, utilizing problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and increasing production efficiency across operations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all quality control activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, recommendations, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to foster a cohesive approach to quality management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and control within the automotive industry.
