Rozee is seeking a skilled PHP Developer with at least one year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of Object-Oriented Programming principles, MVC frameworks, and database management systems. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP, particularly with Laravel or similar frameworks, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs and enhances user experiences.
As a PHP Developer at Rozee, you will focus on implementing RESTful APIs, managing version control systems, and optimizing database interactions. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications. While this position does not include team management, it requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively within a dynamic development team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel or similar MVC frameworks.
- Implement object-oriented programming concepts to build robust and reusable code.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to support frontend integrations and external services.
- Manage and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to deliver feature-rich applications.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage codebase and handle branching and merging.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to maintain high application performance and reliability.
- Write clear documentation for code, APIs, and system processes to support team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in PHP development to continuously improve skillset and application quality.
