PHP Developer

Rozee is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in PHP programming and the Laravel framework to develop and maintain robust web applications. As a crucial member of our team, you will work closely with designers and other developers to ensure that our applications meet high standards of performance, security, and reliability. You will also engage in database management utilizing MySQL, ensuring that data storage and retrieval processes are efficient and secure. With a minimum of three years of professional experience, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of web projects. You will be an effective communicator, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and innovation are paramount. While this position does not require team management responsibilities, collaboration and teamwork are essential as you will often work alongside other developers to implement features and resolve issues.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Design and implement scalable databases using MySQL to support application functionalities.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Stay updated with emerging trends in web technologies and programming languages, applying this knowledge to enhance application performance.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Document application processes, including specifications and user manuals, to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
Assist in the development of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all work aligns with the organization's goals.
