Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections every two hours to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of 20 maintenance personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate and execute electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are completed within deadlines and budgets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to prevent disruption in facility operations.

  • Prepare and manage financial documentation, including generating invoices and tracking costs associated with maintenance activities.

  • Implement pest control, fumigation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain high standards for the facility.
