Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team of five professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and foster professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the companys goals and objectives, ensuring the team effectively understands their roles and contributions.
  • Utilize relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with prospective and current clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their IT needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth, inform sales strategies, and adapt to competitive trends within the IT industry.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate accurate forecasts and identify areas for improvement, taking necessary actions to drive results.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and meetings with the sales team to enhance their skills in negotiation, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales enablement tools and ensure alignment of messaging.
