As an HR Executive at Global ITS, you will be instrumental in driving various HR functions that support the overall performance and objective of the organization. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will manage a team of 25 individuals, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and training programs. Your role extends beyond recruitment and onboarding, as you will advocate for a positive work culture, enhance employee relations, and uphold compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. With a commitment to professional development and team transparency, you will build relationships within the organization that empower employees and foster a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct the entire recruitment process, which includes creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to make informed decisions.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they transition smoothly into their roles while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve conflicts by advocating for a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Support the performance management system by tracking key performance metrics, organizing quarterly feedback sessions, and helping employees understand their growth pathways.
  • Identify training and development needs by consulting with team leaders and facilitating relevant training sessions both in-house and through external partners to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including updating and maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR databases efficiently.
  • Prepare insightful HR reports and metrics for management review, analyzing trends in employee performance and satisfaction while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization, promoting alignment with our strategic goals and cultural values.
  • Foster a commitment to employee development by planning and implementing programs that enhance career growth and personal development opportunities for all staff members.
  • Engage in organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity, ensuring all employees feel valued and part of the team's success.
