Rozee is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our human resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations. You will use your strong communication skills and HR software proficiency to facilitate hiring processes and manage employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. As the point of contact for HR inquiries, you will create a welcoming environment for employees and candidates alike, ensuring that their experiences with HR are professional, informative, and supportive. With a focus on maintaining organizational excellence, you will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our HR operations while managing sensitive information with discretion and integrity. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing you to focus entirely on enhancing our HR practices and workflows.
Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records in the HR software, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist in payroll management by preparing and processing payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employee contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Track attendance and leave requests, maintaining accurate records to support payroll and compliance.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and feedback collection.
  • Help in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all HR matters, especially with sensitive employee information.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets that support HR functions.
