Finance Reporting Manager

The Finance Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing financial activities within Rozee. This position requires a highly qualified individual, preferably ACCA/CA certified, with over 7 years of extensive industry experience. The manager is responsible for ensuring precise financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective profit and loss management. The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of UK accountancy practices and is skilled in utilizing accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capability to provide insightful financial strategies that enhance the organizations financial performance. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it facilitates collaboration across various departments to ensure financial health and efficiency in reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct all financial operations with a focus on producing accurate profit and loss statements, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and maintain accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions.
Prepare, review, and submit UK VAT returns, ensuring all tax obligations are met and deadlines adhered to.
Provide strategic financial insights and advice to management, enhancing organizational efficiency and financial decision-making.
Establish and maintain the accounting cycle, utilizing tools such as Xero to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Oversee monthly and yearly closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
