As a CRM Collections/Specialist at Rozee, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management and utilization of our CRM database. You bring over five years of corporate experience in customer relationship management, driving engagement, and collections strategies to foster long-lasting client relationships. Your expertise in CRM software, including Salesforce and Zoho CRM, allows you to maintain the accuracy and functionality of our systems while also monitoring and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective customers. You will lead a dedicated team of ten professionals, guiding them in developing and implementing effective client engagement techniques that convert new customers and retain current ones. Your outstanding communication and negotiation skills are crucial for collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify solutions for customer support and technical challenges. Furthermore, you will oversee the collections of installment payments, ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and effectively. Your position requires a blend of strong leadership, analytical insight, and a customer-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for organizing promotional events that not only reach potential customers but also strengthen our market presence. Responsibilities
