Rozee is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Officer to join our team in Karachi (DHA, Phase 6). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and at least 10 years of proven experience in office administration. As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily office operations, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers. You will also supervise a team of five personnel, fostering a productive work environment that supports our organizational objectives. The position requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to navigate various administrative challenges.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will report directly to the Manager of Administration. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. The salary for this position is PKR 180,000 per month, and some travel to our Karachi-Jamshoro site may be required. The Admin Officer is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the company, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
