The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Performs day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining the office neat, offering, and ordering beverages for the guests.
  • Maintain internal databases and calendar reminders.
  • Documents and private data handling, as needed.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the CEO.
  • Receiving all first instance contact from prospective clients by email, social media, and the company website.
  • Handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages from current / prospective customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to emails as per the company policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinating and conducting follow-ups with the account managers on providing monthly reports, compilation of monthly reports for CEO, Directors.
