Sales Executive

Royal Hardware is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will actively assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication. This role involves preparing accurate quotations, processing customer orders, and coordinating deliveries to guarantee smooth operations. The Sales Executive will follow up diligently on customer orders and payments, contributing to overall sales growth and client retention. The position requires a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in sales or a related field, capable of managing multiple customer accounts with efficiency and professionalism. The candidate should have intermediate or graduate education, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email. The ability to join promptly is preferred. While this role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with internal departments and customers is vital to achieve targets and maintain excellent service standards.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing and strengthening customer relationships through consistent communication and support.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations tailored to customer requirements.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and updated.
Coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Follow up on customer orders and outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Use customer relationship management tools to track sales activities and progress.
Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities to expand customer base.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
