We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the vision and expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and proficiency in video editing software.
Responsibilities:
1. Edit and assemble raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
2. Collaborate with clients, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements.
3. Ensure that the final product aligns with the client's vision and brand guidelines.
4. Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the video.
5. Review and edit video scripts for accuracy and coherence.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques.
7. Manage and organize video files and project assets efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Understanding of visual storytelling.
4. Knowledge of current video trends and the ability to adapt to evolving industry standards.
