We are seeking an Expert-Level PHP Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PHP development, particularly with CodeIgniter and Laravel frameworks. You will play a key role in leading and executing complex projects that are critical to the success of our UK-based operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality web applications using PHP and associated technologies.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into ongoing projects.
- Ensure the alignment of web applications with business goals and client needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
- Deep expertise in PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel frameworks.
- Strong command of database design, architecture, and optimization techniques.
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and development best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Ability to work full-time from our Gulberg Green, Islamabad office.
