Help Build a Brand from the Ground Up

RootThread is a purpose-driven apparel brand launching soon with a focus on premium streetwear, performance wear, and everyday essentials.

We believe great brands aren't built overnight. They are built with intention, consistency, and purpose.

We're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern who wants to gain real-world experience helping launch an international fashion brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

It's a part-time role with around 10 hours weekly.
Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand's mission.
Create engaging and original content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and responding to audience interactions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report key metrics to the marketing team.
Support brand awareness activities by contributing to storytelling efforts and crafting compelling marketing messages.
Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in promotional materials and communications.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to help innovate the brand’s marketing approach.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that align with the brand’s purpose and values.
