Roomi Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Working Rider with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently delivering products and parcels to various locations while ensuring timely and safe transportation. This role demands excellent time management skills, the ability to navigate routes effectively, and maintain a high level of customer service. The Working Rider will also manage a team of 20 persons, coordinating schedules and overseeing daily operations to achieve delivery targets and maintain smooth workflow. In this position, the rider will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's delivery processes by prioritizing punctuality and reliability. The role requires an individual who can communicate clearly, handle delivery challenges promptly, and motivate the team under their supervision to maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and departure.
Manage a team of 20 delivery personnel, coordinating schedules and daily assignments.
Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve delivery issues.
Monitor vehicle conditions and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and incidents.
Train and support new riders to align with company policies and delivery protocols.
Implement safety practices to minimize risks during transportation.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize parcels and prioritize deliveries.
Optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
Address and escalate any challenges that impact delivery performance or customer satisfaction.
Promote a positive team environment through leadership and clear communication.
