Python Trainer

Rolustech is seeking an experienced Python Trainer to lead and develop our training programs for aspiring Python developers. The role requires a seasoned professional with a passion for teaching and a comprehensive understanding of Python programming. The Python Trainer will be responsible for creating engaging curriculum and delivering effective training sessions that cater to various skill levels. As a leader, you will manage a team of 30 persons, offering guidance, support, and evaluation to ensure our training programs are successful and meet industry standards. Responsibilities

Develop and design comprehensive training modules and curriculum focused on Python programming, covering essential tools and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Pandas, and SQLAlchemy.
Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations, adapting styles and content for diverse learning needs and skill levels.
Evaluate the progress of participants, offering constructive feedback and individualized guidance to enhance learning outcomes.
Implement industry best practices in curriculum development and teaching methodologies to ensure high-quality educational experiences.
Manage a team of 30 trainers and instructors, coordinating schedules and training sessions while providing mentorship and support.
Create assessments and learning materials that effectively gauge participant understanding and retention of Python concepts and applications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment, encouraging participants to ask questions and engage with the course material actively.
Collaborate with the organization to define and align training objectives with business goals and performance indicators.
Facilitate discussions and practice sessions for practical application of learned concepts, ensuring participants can translate knowledge into real-world scenarios.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance program content and delivery continuously.
