We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment by maintaining high standards of hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring the business runs efficiently in line with company policies. This role requires a creative thinker with strong business management skills and the ability to lead both internal and external strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment, in line with our business policies.
  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Record, monitor, and manage inventory levels on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, as well as daily inventory and average reports.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company values.
  • Implement innovative strategies for operational improvement and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of business culture and values is essential.
  • Knowledge of accounting for maintaining reports and inventory.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong grip on every aspect of business management, including operations, customer relations, and staff development.
  • Creative thinking with a proactive attitude toward creating and implementing strategies.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for management and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
