Overview:
Need a part-time non-technical project manager (PM) for coordinating, tracking, and project-managing project deliverables. The candidate will be working with a small team of business analysts working on the requirements and configuration of an innovative digital platform at a start-up company. Some business analysis work may be required from the PM. All team members work remotely in different parts of the world. Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Create tasks and project plans, and track progress and assignments for the remote team members.
- Setup and use project and task tracking tool.
- Coordinate and guide team members to deliver on time and with the required quality.
- Review and provide feedback/advise on strategic plans for the start-up.
- Perform hands-on research, business analysis and simple data analytics, if needed for the project.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills (English);
- Good verbal communication skills (English)

- Performing research and compiling business plans.
- Proactive and able to work independently, without daily supervision [very important]
Work Details:
- Expect about 5-8 hours of work per week, from home/remote.
- Flexible working hours; You can choose when you want to work.
- May need 1 or 2 project calls a week, at either early morning or late night.
