We are looking for:
- A self-starter with quick understanding of new concepts and well developed management skills.
- Excellence in English without a heavy accent is an absolute must. Basic German would be a benefit, but is not mandatory.
- Should have a solid background in finance, including the ability to precisely book financial transactions with a computer-based bookkeeping programme.
- Should have an intuitive feel for numbers, plausibilities, financial statements, and should be able to read year-end books.
- Must be a team player.
Position description
- The role of the Finance Manager will be to assist in and supervise bookkeeping activities, file VAT tax returns, do preparatory work for year-end closings, analyze and interpret financial data, analyze business processes and suggest improvements, manage and calculate internal cost allocations and do special studies on just about any business-related subject.
- The Finance Manager may also be assigned tasks outside this main area, for instance in international recruitment of human resources.
- Occasional travel to Germany or other countries may be required.
- Full time team members at BPG have typical net incomes between 1500 and 5000 Euros per month depending on qualifications and company performance.
- This is an on-site position located in Brasov, Romania.
- Remote work will not be considered.
