We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to join our team at Rockrete Private Limited, located in Karachi, Pakistan. As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping and Data Entry
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Ensuring Sales Tax & WHT Compliance as per applicable regulations
- Quarterly Filing of WHT and Monthly Filing of Sales Tax
- Accounts Preparation and Financial Reporting
- Documentation of FBR Audits
- Assisting in Operations and Inventory Control
This role will require dedicating 30% of the time to Data Entry and Bookkeeping, 30% to Financial and Accounts Reporting, with the remaining time allocated to Audits and Operational Work.
Job Specification:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of Accounts and Local Taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh Candidates will also be considered)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a desire to grow in a small company environment
