We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our team as we expand our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching and freight broking, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. This role will involve providing training and guidance to our team members, ensuring they are well-rounded and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on dispatching and freight broking processes, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the industry.
Provide individual coaching and support to team members to address specific learning needs and challenges.
Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the learning objectives.
Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training plans to address them.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching and freight broking.
Strong understanding of dispatching and freight broking processes, procedures, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively convey complex information clearly and understandably.
Proven track record in training and development, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing training needs and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
