Manager IT

As the Manager IT at RMI in Peshawar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure and services. You will lead a substantial team of 25 professionals, ensuring that IT operations align with the strategic objectives of the company. With a strong background in project management and IT service management, you will leverage your extensive skill set to drive innovation and maintain seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and strategic planning will be critical in establishing the organizations IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

Lead and manage team of IT professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and development.
Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with organizational goals to ensure superior service delivery and operational excellence.
Oversee IT service management processes, ensuring that services meet client expectations and comply with established quality standards and metrics.
Coordinate cloud computing initiatives, ensuring effective integration and security of cloud resources into the existing infrastructure.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions for IT services and products.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, protecting organizational data and infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
Strategically plan and oversee network administration and security, ensuring optimal performance and availability of services across the organization.
Develop IT governance frameworks that promote best practices and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Analyze risk management frameworks to identify potential IT risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.
Facilitate training and workshops for personnel to ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and provide effective technology solutions that enhance their operational capabilities.
Conduct regular reviews of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments for increased efficiency.
