UI/UX Designer

Rizing Metrics is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our digital products. The ideal candidate brings a proven background in UI/UX or product design, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail and the ability to create intuitive user interfaces. With a focus on user research and design thinking, this role requires proficiency in leading UI/UX tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, complemented by graphic design skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The designer will work collaboratively to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that respond to modern design trends and responsive principles to ensure engaging and accessible designs across various platforms. This role suits a creative professional with at least two years of experience in UI/UX design who is passionate about crafting seamless user journeys and visually compelling layouts. Although this position does not require managing a team, the selected individual will interface closely with cross-functional teams including product management and development to translate user needs into impactful design solutions. Strong visual communication and a thorough understanding of information architecture and design systems are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research to understand end-user needs and behaviors, integrating insights into design solutions.
Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate design concepts effectively.
Develop visually appealing and functional designs that adhere to modern UI layout trends, responsive design principles, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure cohesive and user-centered product development.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to approach problems creatively and iteratively improve user experience.
Apply advanced skills in Figma and Adobe XD to build and refine user interface designs.
Leverage graphic design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create assets and visual elements as needed.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep products innovative and user-focused.
Present design concepts and results clearly to stakeholders while incorporating feedback to enhance designs.
