JobLogic Specialist & Data Analyst will manage and maintain the JobLogic software sytem while providing detailed data analysis to support the Finance and Service Operations teams for the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the JobLogic platform, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1)      JobLogic Software Management:

  • Act as the primary administrator for the JobLogic platform, managing user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Ensure the software is fully optimized to meet business requirements, including workflow design and process automation.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on JobLogic usage and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the platform, coordinating with JobLogic support as needed.
  • Regularly update the system with the latest features and integrations to enhance functionality.

2)      Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from JobLogic for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) for Finance and Service Operations.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in service operations, technician performance, job completion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Provide financial data analysis, including cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and identifying inefficiencies.

3)      Process Improvement and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the Finance and Service Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using JobLogic insights.
  • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • Design and implement workflows within JobLogic to streamline operational processes and improve data accuracy.

4)      Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for JobLogic processes, configurations, and data analysis methodologies.
