The purpose of this position is to ensure efficient facility maintenance, conduct repairs, manage equipment, and support emergency tasks while handling various renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of the overall facility maintenance wise no work pending
  • Be the dedicated point for all-rounder enquires/works along with local vendor finding if required for emergency tasks request by OFM or head office.
  • Conduct maintenance/repair tasks related to plumbing, roof ceiling, replacing damaged electrical fixtures and color touching works
  • Responsible for office generator, UPS & solar panel system & the required routine maintenance.
  • Install electrical appliances and equipment.
  • Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment related to maintenance.
  • Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces.
  • Identify, participate and monitor different renovation projects.
  • Periodic inspection visits of building and surrounding areas, report repair and maintenance related issues to office manager.
  • Assist office electrician in minor electric repair work.
  • Need to ensure availability in emergency such as electric breakdown etc.
  • Store properly the repair and maintenance related tools.
  • Identifying and monitoring renovation and upgradation related projects.
  • Perform other related duties and activities as required.

Extra works

  • Able to do paint touchups
  • Able to do flower trimmings/grass works if needed as per EOC requirements.
  • Able to do considerable level of plumbing works/work as a helper.
  • Able to do carpenter works (wood works & repair works)
  • Able to do replacement of tiles & plaster patch works.
  • Acs & HVAC cleaning & servicing.
