Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnoses across multiple medical specialties as per PM&DC guidelines.
Develop and implement patient management plans including treatment regimens, surgical interventions, and follow-up care.
Provide specialist consultations and support to less experienced medical staff within the institution.
Manage emergency cases in the Accident and Emergency department promptly and effectively.
Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment approaches involving surgery, critical care, and medical therapy as required.
Conduct diagnostic procedures and interpret results accurately for informed clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with institutional policies.
Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on advancements in medical specialties.
Adhere strictly to ethical medical practice standards and patient confidentiality protocols.
Support clinical research activities and contribute to academic discussions within the healthcare department.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Identify and manage complex cases requiring referral or specialist intervention.
Promote a patient-centered approach ensuring compassionate care and effective communication with patients and families.
