The Senior Manager exercises profound strategic thinking and operational management expertise, utilizing skills in project management, vendor and risk management, and regulatory compliance, amongst others. Responsibilities
- Translate the strategic vision of CEID into actionable operational plans spanning all university campuses.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to the team of seven Project Managers, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
- Present quarterly progress updates and strategic insight reports to the CEID Chair and university executive leadership.
- Develop and refine business models to secure the financial sustainability of CEID initiatives and programs.
- Oversee program delivery across CEID verticals, maintaining quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
- Manage budgets, procurement activities, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Establish, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures for project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Engage with Deans, faculty, administrative units, and external partners to integrate CEID programs into academic curricula and industry practices.
- Build and nurture partnerships with industry leaders, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and investors to enhance CEIDs ecosystem.
- Facilitate cross-campus collaboration by sharing best practices, promoting joint ventures, and fostering synergy among campuses.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators for all CEID units, applying data-driven techniques to measure outcomes and impact.
- Implement ongoing data collection, evaluation processes, and feedback loops to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed strategic dashboards and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support professional development and capacity building for Project Managers and CEID staff, fostering an innovative, collaborative culture.
- Ensure workforce training encompasses the latest industry trends, educational tools, and pedagogical methods.
- Act as the official representative of CEID within university forums and in external engagements including conferences, seminars, and national or international networks.
- Elevate the universitys reputation by promoting and communicating CEIDs achievements and contributions in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
