Goals:
Build a targeted audience of online media, advertising, and marketing professionals on all social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) of RMI in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Pakistan.
Your typical day at work:
• Manage and maintain Rich Media Inc (RMI) content on social media channels.
• Create branded content for each digital campaign and distribute it on social channels through posts, blogs, and articles.
• Act as a mediator on social media streams, addressing content queries.
• Collaborate with media planners and brand teams to obtain their digital campaign content and share it on RMI’s social channels.
• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content related to our brand and report them to the appropriate parties.
• Generate content for feeds and snippets on various social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, including cataloging and indexing target keyword phrases.
• Optimize tags on our feeds and sharing sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and search engines through copywriting, creative optimization, keyword optimization, and buzz pocket mining.
• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improving social media campaigns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services.
• Establish strong relationships and effective communication channels with stakeholders for expectation management and performance evaluation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Provide leadership to the team through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
• Develop and execute a plan that fosters efficiency, urgency, and successful project delivery within the team.
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:
• Proficiency and experience in online communication.
• Sound knowledge of social media channels and mobile technology.
• Ability to set and achieve short-term and long-term objectives for oneself and the assigned team.
