Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling UK: Make outbound calls to prospective or current customers using a prepared script or talking points.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Promote products or services, explain their benefits, and encourage customer interest or purchases.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls as necessary to close sales or provide additional information.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly performance metrics, including call volume, sales, or lead generation goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve products, services, or marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
