RFP Specialist

Job Title: RFP Specialist Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) Experience: 1 to 2 Years Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from potential clients. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, HR, Legal) to gather necessary information. 3. Draft compelling and compliant proposals in a timely manner. 4. Maintain and update proposal templates and standard content libraries. 5. Track submission deadlines, statuses, and outcomes for continuous improvement. 6. Support documentation and coordination for contract renewals or extensions.
