Rexen Consultancy Pvt. Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a minimum of five years of professional experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The candidate demonstrates strong functional expertise across modules such as Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Central. The role requires a thorough understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze client requirements to deliver tailored Dynamics 365 configurations and solutions. This position demands excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will work extensively with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and developers, to integrate, customize, and migrate data within Dynamics 365 environments. The candidate supports the entire project lifecycle, including gathering detailed business requirements, conducting gap analyses, designing solutions, and validating system performance through testing phases. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong leadership qualities in workshops, effective client interactions, and training activities to facilitate user adoption and continuous process improvements that optimize business operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders to build effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other modules to align with business objectives and workflows.
- Conduct workshops, gap-fit analysis, and solution design sessions to identify customization needs and areas for system enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants and developers to implement integrations, customizations, and ensure smooth data migration activities.
- Develop and document functional specification documents, user stories, and process maps that guide technical development and testing.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing support, and provide timely issue resolution to enhance solution quality.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure effective system adoption and user satisfaction.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed within stipulated timelines and meet established quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by optimizing business processes and identifying opportunities for enhanced system utilization.
- Assist in the adoption of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies to manage project execution effectively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform advancements and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
