We are seeking an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter/Server to join our fast-food team based in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Accurately take customer orders and effectively communicate them to the kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and serving areas, adhering to hygiene standards during the entire shift.
- Provide clear and polite explanations of menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers in fluent Urdu.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of continuous experience working as a Waiter/Server in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
- Fluency in Urdu with excellent communication skills that are polite, clear, and friendly.
- Well-dressed, neat, and highly groomed appearance with strong attention to personal hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customers effectively, with active listening skills and a positive attitude, especially in busy, fast-paced settings.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 28,000.
- Additional benefits include free accommodation and duty meals.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the Lahore location.
