As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-unit business operations with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who acts as a coach, analyst, and culture builder to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery, effective cost control, exceptional guest satisfaction, and ongoing team development across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Financial Management:
Effectively manage cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory. Analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements, variance reports, and sales dashboards to make data-driven decisions that protect contribution margins and enhance profitability.

Team Leadership & Culture:
Recruit, train, and regularly coach restaurant staff while overseeing Floor Incharge performance. Lead manager walkthroughs and pre-shift huddles to promote accountability, open communication, and maintain high team morale.

Process Standardization & SOPs:
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety and hygiene protocols, and workstation checks. Conduct daily and weekly inventory audits to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.

Guest Experience:
Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and mystery diner scores. Implement corrective actions and staff training to consistently deliver high-quality service and enhance guest satisfaction.

Strategic Execution:
Drive daily operational routines including pre-shift huddles, kitchen workstation inspections, stock counts, and weekly performance reviews. Align restaurant operations with broader business growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

Proven Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or multi-unit operations management, preferably within fast-casual or fine-dining sectors.

Analytical Mindset:
Strong capability to interpret P&L statements and calculate contribution margins to support financial and operational decision-making.

Strong Leadership:
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop internal talent and lead diverse teams effectively.

Change Management:
Experience implementing new menus, technology, health regulations, and SOPs across multiple teams, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.

Problem-Solving Ability:
Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure to resolve operational challenges during peak hours without compromising service quality.

Compensation and Work Location
This is an in-person role with a starting salary of Rs. 65,000 per month. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the designated location.
