Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant and buffet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily restaurant and buffet operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service. Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain a professional and customer-focused team. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Coordinate and oversee events hosted at the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution. Monitor and enforce food safety standards and hygiene protocols in compliance with regulations. Control inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and minimize waste to optimize costs. Track and manage operational costs, including labor and supplies, to meet budgetary targets. Maintain high service quality by regularly evaluating staff performance and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurant management. A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with guests. Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
