Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan, working the morning shift. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food hygiene standards, handling inventory and cash, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with suppliers, and providing training to the team. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in hospitality or business and at least three years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock tracking, and minimizing waste.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance skills and service quality.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role.
- Relevant educational background in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer relations professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
