We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Research Intern to join our team. This internship provides practical experience in recruitment and talent-sourcing research. You will work closely with our recruitment team, gaining insights into various aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to determine suitability for open positions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
  • Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment process as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates will be preferred.
  • preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Duration:

This internship is for 8 Weeks with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
