We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Verifier to join our team and support our verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate and thorough customer verifications via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Ensure all required information is collected and validated in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Review customer documentation to verify identity, address, and other essential details.
Address any discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient verification process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verification activities in the system.
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance the verification process.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly verification targets and maintain a high level of productivity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer verification, data entry, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with verification processes and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
