Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers by assessing their needs and providing accurate and detailed product information.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the store to communicate features, benefits, and promotions effectively.
Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling relevant products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure an outstanding customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and complete transactions accurately.
Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays attractively, and reporting low stock or discrepancies to management.
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Collaborate closely with the store team and leadership to execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and special offers effectively.
Stay informed about current industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice, product recommendations, and improve service quality.
Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
