TORs: Research Assistant

Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, meetings, seminars, and stakeholder engagements.
Assist in organizing and facilitating national or regional policy dialogues and multistakeholder consultations
Contribute to the generation of meeting briefs, minutes, and learning documents.
Contribute to the creation of outreach and communication materials, including infographics, social media posts and strategy, presentations, and reports.
Provide research and coordination support for conducting literature review, surveys, field visits.
Assist in developing and maintaining project workplans, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Prepare detailed project reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Detail-oriented, with a knack for maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
