RepHero Global is seeking an ambitious and proactive Vendor Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an extrovert with a positive attitude, eager to contribute towards aggressively reaching our goals and objectives. You will utilize your interpersonal skills to build and manage all aspects of relationships between external vendors and internal Business Client Project Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Evaluation: Review current vendors to assess if they meet current Business Client Project needs
  • Vendor Sourcing: Research and establish relationships with new vendors when necessary.
  • RFP Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to obtain Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Solution Research: Find new vendor solutions from a wide range of sources for Business Client opportunities.
  • Vendor Qualification: Qualify potential Employee Benefits Vendor solutions for specific client projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Analysts, Implementation, and Project Management teams to complete Business Client projects.
  • Relationship Management: Document all activities, coordinate and communicate with vendors and project contacts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Sales & Project Cycle Understanding: Understand all steps of the typical sales and project management cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Sales Support or Business Processes experience is a significant plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience working as a Vendor Manager.
  • Experience within the Healthcare/Medical Industry or knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very fluent in American English with limited accent.
