You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Problem solving skills as well as team player required
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
