Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales to contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, as well as handling inbound leads with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up with prospects in a timely manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with a customer-centric mindset.
