Google My Business Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Google My Business Specialist to join our team and help optimize and manage our GMB listings for multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence by ensuring accurate, engaging, and up-to-date GMB profiles that drive traffic, increase engagement, and improve visibility on Google Search and Maps.

Key Responsibilities:

Claim, verify, and manage multiple GMB profiles for various locations.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of business information across all GMB listings (address, hours, phone numbers, etc.).
Optimize GMB profiles for maximum visibility and user engagement (SEO, photos, reviews, and posts).
Monitor and respond to reviews, both positive and negative, in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize GMB features like Google Posts, Q&A, and Services to enhance listings.
Regularly track, report, and analyze GMB performance metrics.
Implement best practices for local SEO strategies in alignment with GMB listings.
Stay updated with GMB updates and algorithm changes to maintain competitive listings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
Strong knowledge of local SEO, Google Maps, and Google Search algorithms.
Ability to work with marketing teams to align GMB strategies with business goals.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in responding to customer reviews.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving GMB performance metrics.
Familiarity with relevant tools and software for GMB management and local SEO.
Ability to handle multiple listings and locations simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing, local SEO, or online reputation management.
Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Moz Local.
