This is field based job, Sales Executive works in Field, daily meets with 2 to 3 potential clients, maintains proper filing and updates meeting details with the management. Updates Record of meeting in the filing system and share the presentation with Management & with potential client.

Should be able to do Cold Callings 15 – 20 prospects/ customers daily.
Should be able to deliver presentations to individuals and to masses. Have exceptional presentation/ communications skills. Having Webinar Experience would be a plus.
Should conduct presentations with 25 to 30 Clients twice a month over Zoom/ Teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pleasant & Convincing personality.
Develops and maintains partnerships to drive desired Business Growth.
Maintains an accurate and robust pipeline and be able to forecast business & Franchise opportunities.
Establishes deep business and strategic relationships with Partners, interact daily with the stakeholders in support of accelerating revenue across multiple sector market segments.
Oversees processes to support partners such as training and enablement.
Collaborates with cross functional teams (Channel Planning, Marketing, Operations)
Manages Partners relationship, their profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Analyzes partner's performance in the region and making data driven decisions to optimize partnerships.
Stays up-to-date with Real Estate Industry Trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Communicates regions strategy and performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
