Position Summary: Community Mobilizer (CM) will be responsible for mobilizing communities in the target districts. S/he will be responsible for developing linkages with ACFs, assessment of HHs and performing field activities.CM will support in beneficiary selection, preparation of lists, vouchers distribution and follow-ups in the target communities/districts. The CM will engage with communities, volunteers to implement plan activities, facilitate data collection and conduct awareness sessions. S/he will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership and assist PC in day to day operational matters within given mandate in target districts. The post holder will be responsible for reporting the field activities and ensuring quality implementation according to RI’s reporting tools, Program Management Standards, checklists and project deliverables. S/he must know/learn and abide by organizational rules, regulations, and donor requirements and compliance.
