Reliant BPO is seeking a skilled and collaborative Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS) to join our team. The CAS will be responsible for reaching out to industry experts and scheduling consultancy meetings with our clients. This role is vital for facilitating business consultancy engagements and requires proficiency in using multiple outreach channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp DMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Management: Engage with industry experts provided as leads using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp DMs to initiate contact and build relationships.
  • Lead Warming: Nurture provided leads to establish rapport and create interest in consultancy meetings.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule business consultancy meetings between industry experts and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members across different outreach channels to optimize lead engagement and conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed outreach and scheduling targets.
  • Status Reporting: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and provide regular updates on the progress to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from a HEC recognized university.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism in interactions with prospects and team members.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various outreach channels.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple outreach tasks simultaneously.
  • Target-Oriented: A clear understanding of target achievement conditions for performance-based payouts.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, adaptable, and goal-focused.
  • Experience: Previous experience in client acquisition(B to B), sales, or customer engagement is preferred.
