Job Role & Responsibilities:

End to end operations management of our partner distributors and retailers in Pakistan.
Regular store visits and checks of the retail stores with monthly visit reports. (Lahore & Karachi)
Manage brand events and execution in liaison with the partner distributors and retailers.
Liaise with partners for regular execution of brand marketing and merchandising activities at store level.
Coordinate with the brand manager on a weekly basis to share reports for all activities with partners
Plan strategies to increase sales/brand awareness/visibility and ensure brand guidelines are maintained at all retail points.
Understand latest market trends, consumer behavior and competitor analysis and coordinate on brand team to advise on necessary changes
Order management/target achievement with partner distributors/retailers in Pakistan
Instore training for partner brands to be given to all staff members/BAs and regular interactions with store managers and staff to be conducted at all retail points regarding brand performance, marketing activities, in-store promotions.
Strategizing marketing/promotional activities in stores to increase sales of slow movers and the brands overall.
Regular feedback and reports to the brand manager, and director to be given.

Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Previous experience in the beauty/fragrance industry is preferred.
Should have 3-5 years of experience in Retail. (brand trainer/operations manager is preferred)
Knowledge of luxury/niche beauty brands
