Responsibilities
As a Study Abroad Student Consultant at Regal College, you will conduct thorough consultations to understand students' educational goals and guide them through suitable study abroad programs. You will assist applicants in preparing and submitting accurate visa applications by providing detailed information on required documentation and procedures. Your role includes coaching students on effective interviewing techniques, situational interviewing, and scenario-based questioning to build their confidence for visa and admission interviews. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and university requirements to offer accurate advice and prompt resolution of application issues. Additionally, you will liaise with educational institutions and visa authorities to track application status and ensure timely processing. Providing excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries, offering personalized advice, and fostering a supportive environment is a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.
