The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website and CRM system & working on implementing new features, ensuring optimal performance, and integrating our CRM with other business tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop responsive websites and web applications.
2. Implement new features and functionalities based on project requirements.
3. Develop, customize, and maintain CRM systems to meet business needs.
4. Create and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics.
5. Ensure CRM data integrity and security.
6. Manage web and CRM development projects from conception to deployment.
7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
8. Perform testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
9. Stay updated with the latest web and CRM development trends and technologies.
10. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Website Developer and CRM Developer.
Skills:
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of web and CRM system integration.
